Delete your SkyHomer account
You can delete your SkyHomer account at any time, in the app or by email. SkyHomer is made by Sky Assistant, LLC.
In the app
- Open Settings. Tap the menu button at the top left, then Settings at the bottom of the menu.
- Open your account. Tap Manage Account under your name.
- Tap Delete account. It’s at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm. Read the notice and tap Delete. If you sign in with an email and password, enter your password to confirm it’s you. If you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, you’ll be asked to sign in with it again.
By email
Can’t sign in, or don’t have the app anymore? Email support@skyhomer.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it.
What’s deleted
- Your account and sign-in, and your profile.
- Your conversations with Sky and its experts, and what Sky remembered from them.
- Any home only you belong to, with its devices, documents, photos and reminders.
- Your notifications and the push settings for your devices.
What’s kept
- Homes you share. A home with other members stays with them, including what you added there.
- A deletion record. We keep the account’s internal ID, with no name, email or content, so a deleted account can’t come back by mistake.
- Backups and logs. Copies in backups and system logs are deleted on their regular cycles, as the privacy policy describes.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a SkyHomer Pro subscription, because the App Store or Google Play bills it. Cancel it there first; Support shows how. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.
Deleting your account can’t be undone. Questions? Email support@skyhomer.com.
