1) Introduction

Skyhomer helps homeowners organize home inventory, track maintenance & warranties, and access AI-assisted guidance. We may display third-party resources or suggestions, but we are not a contractor and do not perform or guarantee any work. At launch, there is no booking/dispatch marketplace. Feature availability may vary by release as we follow a phased roadmap.

2) Eligibility & account

Skyhomer is not liable for any inaccuracies, delays, or damages arising from the use of its AI-generated answers or services. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the content.

3) Mobile app license (EULA)

Personal, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the app. Apple/Google store terms apply.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on a device you own or control.

  • Apple App Store: Apple Media Services T&Cs and App Store rules apply; Apple is not responsible for support or warranty.
  • Google Play: Google Play Terms of Service apply.

4) Subscriptions, trials & billing

Plans & pricing:

  • Free plan available: Limited features
  • Premium from USD $4.99/month (actual features per tier shown in-app and subject to change with future releases).

Auto-renewal & cancellation:

Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.

  • iOS: Charged to your Apple ID; manage/cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Android: Charged to your Google Play account; manage/cancel in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.

Free trials & promos:

Trials (if offered) convert to paid at period end unless you cancel beforehand. Eligibility may vary and can be limited to new subscribers.

Cancellation:

Users may cancel their subscriptions through their Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not offered for subscription fees, except as required by applicable laws.

Price changes:

We may change prices or introduce new tiers. We’ll provide advance notice (e.g., in-app message/email and/or platform notice). New pricing applies at the next billing cycle after notice. If you don’t agree, cancel before renewal.

Taxes & third-party fees:

Prices may exclude taxes and carrier/bank fees. You’re responsible for your internet/mobile data charges.

5) User Responsibilities

Account Information: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

Acceptable Use: Users may not:

  • No unlawful/infringing content, reverse engineering, or misuse (spam, harassment, scraping, or competing product research).
  • Share their accounts with others.
  • Use Skyhomer for illegal or unethical purposes.
  • Upload copyrighted materials or content without proper authorization.

6) Data Privacy and Security

Skyhomer respects your privacy and handles personal data per our Privacy Policy.

User Rights:

  • Users may access, modify, or delete their personal data via the app or by contacting support.
  • Uploaded materials are used solely to provide context-based answers and are not shared or stored permanently.

7) Your content

You own your content (e.g., inventory, receipts/manuals, warranty info, optional photos). You grant us a license to host/process it to operate and improve the Service.

8) AI features

AI suggestions (troubleshooting, maintenance tips) may be inaccurate or incomplete—use judgment or consult a professional. We may use third‑party AI infrastructure as described in our Privacy Policy.

9) Third‑party services

We may link or refer you to third‑party services/resources; their terms/privacy apply.

10) Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionalities on Skyhomer, including AI models, logos, and designs, are owned by Skyhomer. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

11) Limitation of Liability

Skyhomer is not liable for any inaccuracies, delays, or damages arising from the use of its AI-generated answers or services. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the content.

12) Changes; termination

Skyhomer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the app or website. Continued use of the service after changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms. You can stop using anytime; we may suspend/terminate for violations.
